*sigh* yahoo is blocked. The word proxy is blocked. They have over seventy automatically BLOCKED sites. We have someone we pay to block them! For lords sake, its not as easy as it sounds...

There is only one Literature prize awarded to someone from China. But two from Japan. And none for Thailand or Korea.

Re Nobel prizes taking ages to give out: thousands of names are nominated each year for each award. Many many worthy people are dropped each time, and one can only assume that a few years down the line someone thinks "gods, it's been years since they did that piece of research, maybe we should give them a prize for it.."
