It's a requirement of being a mother, apparently. It probably worked, back in the Dark Ages, but now everybody's too used to dealing with emos, so we just ignore them.

nah, when i am about 30secs too slow doing something because i am at the other end of the house i get 'you cant do anything for me! I do so much for you and you dont do one little thing!' and when i leave a plate out becasue im planning to use it again 'you think i'm this stupid slave going round to clean up after you' woe.
