Well I'm back with my crappy artwork. At least this time I can say it is completely original, where my other works might have had some copyright stocks...

For anyone wondering, the quote is from Looking for Alaska, which in turn draws it from the book The General in his Labyrinth, by Gabriel García Márquez, and tells of a fictionalized story of Simón Bolívar, whose final words in the book are "Damn it, how will I ever get out of this labyrinth!"

Thoughts?

Rather nice. Though the disco type walls and the orange ahead makes me think the guy is going to a rave. :P

Done nicely though I might have used a different colour combination.
But it would be cooler if more passages were shown; a proper maze.

Your artwork isn't crappy! It's miles better than anything I can do, at least.
The way you've done the walls is insane, and the way you've blended the orange and green at the top is seriously cool. The colours kind of reminds me of the Indian flag...

Nero, you must use black, gold and red. The coolest colours together. German flag ftw.

I also have my trusty pencil, which seems almost useless on the basis that I don't actually draw that well. =P

Meh. I only use paint for screenshots =p

And I'm trying to get better at drawing by hand. But it'll take a while.

I actually drew a half decent sketch of Nat on my whiteboard the other day, but some anonymous person in my family rubbed it out. D:

There are some pretty good free image editors out there. Paint.NET is rather good, and uses a similar interface to Windows Paint but expands it a lot. Gimp is very powerful but can be a bit tricky to get the hang of. Once you do it's pretty much the equal of Photoshop, though.

I get weirded out when my parents say words like 'diss' though. My dad actually uses it in the right context as well. I have to find out where he learns these... ^o)
