This is a first rough draft of a poster I need to make for design and tech. I know that it's rather overcrowded and rough looking. I need to know which parts to take out, if I'm missing any essential pics to represent technology, or any advice as to effects. Plus I'm trying to find something to blend my edges...

Looks fine to me. Though you might want to trim the bottom a bit, it looks a bit bland.

The bottom is sorta bland. You could rearrange it. Otherwise, nice.

I'm thinking you need to do something with the white schematic (?) over everything. It's kind of muddling the poster up, if that makes sense.

I actually like the blueprint, but I agree with Fuzzy that it's very hard to separate it from the images underneath. Maybe if you reduced the number of background images and spaced them out a bit more, and maybe shrink the schematic a bit and have it over a fairly plain background in the centre of the image?

The only problem with the second one is the text is a bit hard to read. Other than that, it's great.

Apollo's got a point, you should get a font with thicker lines. Also, try to change the colour.
