Quite random; doesn't run quite as smoothly. Would a regular person randomly go on a trip through a forest?

But it has a decent prose and it's a good story. Though the climax (I believe the part where he is revealed to be a ghost) could be a lot more exciting.

Yeah, that has been a common criticism, along with the somewhat abrupt end :P
