I also loved the 'the SUN is warming up' bit, the 'I'm shaking in my baby seal leather boots', 'girls, girls, you're both pretty' and minion the drama queen

I L.O.V.E. Megamind~!!! It's one of the few movies that I can watch over and over again. Really clever and fun and badass too! I like the story a lot, but I really wish they would have expanded on "The cool, popular guy is actually a huge jerk" more. Metro Man just let everyone be enslaved, but he didn't get much criticism for such horrible inaction. And turning the "nerd" character into just some "angry loser" who randomly becomes evil...that was really stupid of them. It was a dumb thing to do and it Really undermined the main idea of the movie which was supposed to be "Don't judge people! People aren't always what we think they are." They basically contradicted themselves. "Hey the popular hero isn't always a great guy! The person you think is evil is actually really nice! But the nerdy character?...Oh, he's just some loser that wants a girlfriend LOLOLOL!"....Really?

Still, a really great movie. I hope it gets a sequel!!!! :wub:

It doesn't look like there will be a sequel, what with the button of doom already being a kind of sequel

I see where you're coming from, but the way I saw it was that the problem was less that he was a nerd and more that he wasn't someone who had much of an understanding of boundaries, if that makes any sense. Then again it's been awhile since I've seen the movie.

One more thing that I love about the movie - the classic rock soundtrack. There needs to be more of those in animated movies. :P

Not to be compared to the movie but, I got a Mega mind video game, that is set after the movie. I haven't been able to play it much since I'm moving in four days. Its....interesting?

Hmmm, I haven't actually played the video game, but from what I heard, It's kinda weird.

I think the movie is way better.
