We'll be running a sequel to our successful live chat with Jonathan last year for The Screaming Staircase, this time to discuss The Whispering Skull!

Date is:
Saturday 29th November at 7:30pm UTC
That's 8:30pm European time, 2:30pm US Eastern time, 11:30am US Pacific time, and there's a timezone converter here.

Mark your calendars, book your time off work, etc! As before, it'll be running in our IRC channel.

Yes, The Whispering Skull came out in August. You should read it before the Q&A, as we'll be talking mostly about the second one.

I hope that we will still be able to ask Mr Stroud about Bartimaeus Trilogy (if I'm wrong, I'm sure our wonderful admins and other wonderful people here will correct me :D)

We'd like to keep this event focused on Lockwood; it's easier to manage and easier for people to make decisions about spoilers. However, the possibility of running a Bartimaeus one has been mooted previously, and we would like to run one at some point if we can find time in Jonathan's busy schedule.

Ok, so I have 15 days to read Screaming Staircase :D the biggest problem will be to find it here (in Poland) where even TBT wasn't published...
