Why, exactly, do you spend more time resizing than making it? The limit is 300 pixels high... once you've finished the image, just change the height to 300 and your program should change everything else in scale with that. If it doesn't, get a decent program.

Yah...I know. I was exaggerating.

I make things really big, and when I resize them it gets blurry. So I have to resize each person individually.

And I do it for fun so I don't really want to get a better program. I don't mind mine so much.

If they're going blurry when you shrink them, there's something seriously wrong with the way your program is handling the resizing.
