So is Nat, people still talk about him.
There's a big deifference there. Nathaniel's better than Farrar and worth talknig about more. Why Nathaniel? Why did you have to... to... die?
We don't know Farrar's dead, we just know she was never heard from again.
I wish I were a cat-dragon
Meh. I like to pretend. Besides, I think Mr. Stroud ment she died, but put it in a politish/sarcastic way by saying "she was never heard from again, presumed dead." But I'm not jumping to conclusions.
I dunno. It's more like that she's dead, unless she's needed for the plot in another book. Stroud left her death vague so that he could use her again if he needed to.
Defying the difinition of "Trilogy".
But that would be okay if he made another one... the "Bartimaeus Bible" I think he mentioned it, somewhere in the answered questions...
A trilogy is a series of three books. Which, as I constantly explain to people, means that LotR is not a trilogy because it is one story split into 6 books and three volumes.
I wish I were a cat-dragon
It seems I'm not alone.
Besides, I like to think of The Hobbit as part of LotR.
The Hobbit was for kiddies. But you can't include teh Silmarillion, because it's a different style of writing.
I wish I were a cat-dragon
The Hobbit was more of a prologue to the series.
And Stroud can still write another book based in the world of Barty, it doesn't have to be part of the Trilogy. It's not like anything is particularly stopping him.
Really? Didn't you read the third book when he asked her to go outside with him and she said "do you feel that?" and he said "yeah I feel it too."
I'm completely lost here...

I love the Hobbit!
I've read it so many times!
I got to about page 2 of The Fellowship of the Ring before being bored out of my brain.
Though I also love the movie.
Look, Queezle.
You think Peter Jackson will make a Hobbit Movie?
