Those are the easy ones to increase. Especially Acrobatics. You just bunny hop everywhere and it rockets up - it's designed to increase as if you were using it normally, ie only occasional jumps.
Jumping off the surface of water is fun.

... It takes 70+ hours of manual running to get from 5to 100 in Athletics. I haven't even played for 70+ hours.
