In Depth Reasons Ginny is a Sue

Ah, making reference to the 'monster in Harry's heart' (or something like that) that was constantly described through the book?

Personally, I found Harry's obsession with Draco more convincing of true love than his love of Ginny.

Yes.

I'm not going to respond to that, as I have a strongly worded opinion.

I think that either Luna or Hermione would have been a better match.

Even Cho.

What's wrong with Harry/Draco? The slash?

It's just so wrong on so many levels.

Meh...I'd actually give that title to Faquarl, but at least she tried today

I saw a really interesting Draco/Harry/Ginny pic. Very interesting...

Ahem.

So, Ginny is a Sue.

Don't you have any more arguements against it?

I agree with Sent.

Speaking of which, Sent do you think Ginny is a Sue?

Wouldn't know. I only read Harry Potter cos I read the first couple and everybody talks about them, so I have to know what happens. I doubt I would if my family didn't all read them and therefore buy the books.

You remind me of my best friend (the guy one) he doesn't read them either.

Maybe in the movies they'll flesh out her character more.

Hopefully.

The movie destroyed Hermione's character. I can't see them improving Ginny.

True, though they are getting better.

What am I saying, they still have an angry Dumbledore....

But Ginny is very important, to say the shippers.

I don't really like any of the characters in the movie.. the only part I really like is when Hermione punches Draco.

What is sue?

A Mary Sue is a fanfiction term. It basically means that the character in question has no major flaws, or has over done and stressed ones. The Sues also are usually fantasy fullfillments of the author.
