i started reading books since when i was 12.
and i just finished the ptolemys gate yesterday and ended up crying. :(
i hope i can read the 4th book in english bc it hasn't been translated in persian yet.
i really am happy that i have found this forum.
and im a shy person that even when im writing this im blushing (i can feel it).

That is interesting. Are Stroud's other books (Buried fire and Heroes of the Valley) also translated?

Was the translation any good, by the way? I love comparing translations with the original.

no. :( but i have asked the publication if they're going to translate Stroud's other books or not, but they didnt replied yet.
i hope their answer is yes because it is really hard for me to find the book in English and read it (in PDF because i cant buy it :( - and also i dont know a lot of words so i always have to use dictionary)

yes it was really great! and i even read some parts of the books in English and there was no difference between the English one and the Persian one! :D
