Can someone tell me how good Heroes Of The Valley is, and what I should expect from it? In other words, give me a review?
Please! I need to know before this Thursday, since I'll be going to Kinokuniya to get any book I want.

So, yesterday my parents bought an iTouch (unfortunately it's a shared family thing, not just for me :P ). Anyway, nerd that I am, the first thing I went to look at in the iTunes store was audiobooks. I look for Heroes. Twenty-six. Flippin. Ninety-five. Gah!

26.99 in Canadian money? Isn't that about 0.1USD?

No. It's like .85 right now, or close to it. But the Canadian prices on books are always much more expensive than American ones anyway.

Same here. Heroes was very good - I was very interested in Halli's society. Very interesting. And was not expecting the twist! At all! Excellent - but then not surprising, considering tis Stroud's work. XD

I finished quite a while ago. But couldn't be arsed to find this topic.

Fantastic. Great great great. The whole plot, the characters (Halli and Aud), everything. Lots of golden moments, such as when Halli walks into a House with swagger to only lose it later. I especially like the way Olaf was later killed. The humor is just perfect.
