POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND.:
1] each project will carry 20 marks[outa 100]
2]the whole project should look beautiful and appealing
3]the subject m,atter should not be merely taken down from the text book.extra information though proper reference and representation will be rewarded
4]all pictures,photos,newspaper cuttings,diagrams and illustrations should be on the left[blank side of the sketch journal],and the corresponding write up explained on the right.original ideas,suitable newspaper cuttings,sketches and hand work will merit more marks.
5]the ink used to write sublect matter should be black in color,headings and subheading underlined in any color.
6]the project must contain acknowledgement,conclusion and bibliography
7]the subject matter should extend from 2000 to 3000 word.[12 pages]
8]the name of the project shouold be written in bold letters on plain brown paper cover.

with reference to industries in india,discuss one agro based and one mineral based industry.

please give me ideas how to represent my project,information,ideas on decoration,links to information on the above,etc.

How about you do your own work? Check Wikipedia and the organisations' own websites for information about them and what they've done and links to news stories about them, and get writing.

There is Google....and books too. Geography of India is always sufficient in an atlas...And Wikipedia too, but it isn't always reliable. But if there's a star in the corner then it's featured, meaning it's reliable, accurate, has good writing, etc.

As for your projects I don't really have anything that hasn't already been said, other than:

Well, my advice is pretty much like the rest. Go to google & type 'agro based industries in India'. Or better, choose which type of industry you want to write about, meaning, do you want an industry which deals with food or furniture or cloth, pesticide etc. cause they all come under agro-based industries. You could pretty well apply the same for a mineral based industry, either choose a paricular mineral or go for industries which extract minerals or either process it. This would just reduce the list.
And since the topic tells you to compare your chosen industry with the rest , try finding the overall rank of your industry with respect to the rest in India. You could also attach a map to your project & mark your particular industry in it. As for the rest, just write all you know about the industry. Dedicate a page on when it was founded, by whom, where etc, another on its functions, no. of employees, how it discharges its waste products, annual profits & so on.
