Haha, yeah. Problem is he hated him, thought he was an annoying little bugger, and despaired of the public's love for him. Apparently it got a little too popular for his taste.

I've been meaning to pick up this one book entitled Throne of the Crescent Moon - I've heard good stuff about it, though I can't vouch for it personally as I haven't read it yet. Still, might as well share a link, let you guys decide too.

If you haven't already read them, try the His Dark Materials Trilogy. Fantasy, two teen characters, a bit of theology discussion (but not overwhelming), and lots of action. I haven't read them in a while and I'm thinking of taking them up again soon.
