I’m Nilo and I live in Germany. I joined this forum because the few German forums of the Bartimaeus trilogy are almost dead or not existent.

Ptolemy’s Gate is the best book I’ve ever read. I love the relationship between Nathaniel and Kitty so much.
The Amulet of Samarkand, The Golem’s Eye and The Ring of Solomon are also fantastic.
The idea of Bartimaeus, a five-thousand-year-old sarcastic djinni, is so great.

The only fantasy adventure that is better than Bartimaeus is Avatar: The Last Airbender and I’m a big fan of this animated television series.
Apart from that, I like to read Eragon, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, His Dark Materials, Percy Jackson and some German books like Inkheart and Das Wolkenvolk.

I’ve heard that Jonathan Stroud himself is a member of this community and I’d like to ask him some questions. But I don’t know if it’s worth because there are so many questions here and I’ll probably have to wait months for my answer. Could anyone give me some advice?
