I have to say I got HBP first, because there weren't Ptolemy's Gate Midnight release parties, were there? I didn't know the release date, and I wasn't a member of Bartiforums at the time.

I'll raid Dad's wine cellar for a decent Aussie red when Potter dies.

I hadn't even heard of the Bartimaeus Trilogy until after Ptolemy's Gate was released.

Let's see, I first heard about Bartimaeus mid August and started reading AoS late August.

It's been almost an entire year since I picked up the book for the first time. Wow.

I don't know what I'm going to do when Potter dies. Would I get slightly depressed after Potter's death like I did for Nathaniel's? Probably not. Everyone else around me is going to lament though, I know.

My shippy side will be heartbroken that there will be no suprising twist where Hermione rides off into the sunset with Draco though...

Heh, I got AoS for Christmas 04, then GE once it was released, then PG as soonish as it was released, then built this place.

'Arry Po''er? I liked the first four, disliked the fifth so much that I forgot that it existed and what actually happened (So I had to re-read it and it was OK), and the sixth wasn't that great and it's not because (SPOILER) Dumbledore died.

That wasn't a great spoiler break, but I'm lazy.

It's become more of a series that I read to find out what happens next instead of great fondness; though it gets really fun fanart and comics.

Harry's new found love of Ginny was the lamest paragraph I've ever read... and that includes Eldest.

I've never really been a fan of Harry/Ginny, but at least it wasn't Harmony. *shudders*
