My family is finding it difficult to believe I'm 20. Ive to put up with this each year, but it was worse this time. My mom is like, "OMG, my baby is 20! I remember you as a child, your feet used to be smaller than my hand. And you had such cute fingers and toes. I loved tickling and kissing them" and so on. It gets even more embarrassing after that, so I will skip it.

Are any of your parents like that?

Haha. My mom had said exactly the same to me too. And my dad thinks exactly like that too, though he doesn't really say it. I suppose because I asked him not to. He listens to me, unlike my mom :P

Glad it is the same with most of y'all too. I did expect most parents to be like that, but I was wondering to what extent. Anyway, we at least get to suffer together and then pass the suffering on to our children =p.

Somehow I get the feeling, in general, parents prefer to condescend be affectionate to girls more often.

Luckily in my household, my brothers are the ones who get to suffer. Pity they never actually feel embarrassed. -_-

My parents have never really been like that. It remains to be seen if they'll be like that with my younger sister, but I don't think it's really their style.
