Yes, watching them is still illegal. While you're highly unlikely to be prosecuted as an individual for watching films on video sharing sites like youtube (as distinct from torrenting them, as that implies distribution), it's still illegal and therefore against the terms of our hosting.

No. If you use torrents, you're a distributor. That's the way torrents work. You upload material as well as download it to reduce the load on the original source, but it means every participant is a distributor.

Actually, I never upload, I tkeep Vuze from doing that.
So I'm just a plain old pirate.
Most of them I catch it before it bothers to notify me.

You can select the option to stop sharing the file. At least on utorrent and limewire or whatever else it is that I use.
