We're not supposed to be able to change anything, but as they say, there's always a way. I found out how to change my background when the 'Properties' menu was blocked and there was really no way to put a picutre on the background...I was the first to get it :D

I'm not that fussed when they block online gaming sites etc. but when the block sites that actually help me, for example hotmail (i need to send myself work in emails as my pen drive and printer are bokre) i get really mad!
