Hmmm, I ended up voting 4 Barti, just bcause of his warped sense of humour. And the footnotes. I wish it had been multiple choice, I love Kitty, she's the strong female character AND she's still got a soft spot 4 djinn. Ptolemy, I like his character, Faquarl, his bits make me laugh and my obsession with ancient Greece, Jabor, probably because of the whole Anubis guise. I liked Queezle even though we didn't see much of her. AND... so any fangirls don't start trying to kill me with butcher knives, I like Nathaniel too. Even though he's a jerk half of the time. :D

My friends and family (cough*MOM*cough) did that. They do it whenever their favourite characters die. I'm not entirely convinced Dumbledore's dead, but that's a whole other topic. True, I was upset when Natty-boy kicked the bucket. I said "WHAT! Oh man, there goes another one, why do the characters I like always die? Poor nat, Oh well, at least Barti's still with us. And Kitty. Jeez, he's dead that SUCKS! Oh welll." I had the exact same reaction as you Artemis to tell you the truth.

I've never found a story that can make me cry. I know one that gets me depressed every time, but never cry.
