Band - Statistically, Nightwish. Probably also by selection. (Honourable mention to Bear McCreary, who is ineligible for this category on account of not, in fact, being a band.)

Song - Statistically and by selection, All Along the Watchtower - Bear McCreary.

Album - Don't know about statistically, but by selection, Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd.

(Statistics from my last.fm profile. Note these stats are only from the last year-and-a-bit.)

Band: Um...Ayreon I suppose. There are two Ayreon songs in The Six Songs I Actually Like.

Song: Moskau.

Album: 01011001 I guess, for much the same reason as Band...

As impossible as this question is to answer, I will try.

Upon extended consideration:

Artist: Iron Maiden (Led Zeppelin came close)

Song: 2 Minutes to Midnight (Over the Hills and Far Away, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Kashmir, and The Trooper came close)

Album: Non-applicable. Could not decide between Powerslave, Number of the Beast, Houses of the Holy, Physical Graffiti, Wish You Were Here and Paradise Lost)

Edit: The OP asks an extremely difficult question; I don't think my answer is reliable, but whatever.

Of course. The answer depends wholly on what mood you happen to be in at the point you answer it. For instance, currently, I would probably answer Jupiter -Holst as my favourite song, as I cannot stop listening to it. I tried to answer with more long-term favourites, though, backed by last.fm's stats.

Album - Has to be The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. Best Album ever.

Song - Statistically, Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin and Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd. Though these are rather inflated, so I know that these definitely are not my fav...

Band - Statistically Led Zeppelin. By selection, I'm not sure still.
Band - Can I write a couple? X3
Slipknot, Otep, Five Finger Death Punch, Jack Off Jill

Song - Strawberry Gashes by Jack Off Jill and Home Grown by Otep

Album - Issues by Mindless Self Indulgence.
