The forum had a long discussion on who's form Bartimaeus would now take after Ptolemy's Gate. Take Nathaniel's Form, keep Ptolemy's form, or take on Kitty's form. I just wanted to know.

Hmm... very good question. I haven't considered this. I think it's a hard one to call. The thing is that all three of them - Ptolemy, Nat and Kitty - would now occupy special status in Bart's eyes. Certainly he'd carry on being Ptolemy - through force of habit as much as anything. And he might well adopt Nat's appearance after a while, when the memory of Nat's death had settled down a little. I think that might be the kind of tribute he would make. And Kitty's form too would come in handy - especially when up against some sexist old magician.

So the answer is: all three!
