if it's anything like Harry Potter, you aren't allowed to open the boxes before the official release time of the books or you can be in serious legal trouble. at my work we had to sign something so we knew that if we did this our employment would be terminated. but i doubt they send publishers' representatives to every single store that's bought it so they can check, so it's probably something you can get away with.

as for the cycle... why must paolini torture us further? three is bad enough.
