and a question I had was about demons and elements which I found no other answers to so:
1)What elements make up dijinni, marids, afrits, imps and foliots or are they specific to the sub-type of demon?
2)How does the elements relate to the essence of the demon?
3)What elements are greater spirits eg. Ramuthra, Nouda and Uraziel made of?
I would really appreciate it if you answer. :P

Not the author :p But pretty sure it was the plasma type of essence that makes up the Other Place that is forced to be a solid when a magician summons them.
