Did Kitty ever (try to) summon Bartimaeus again? Did she get to know of Nat's ultimate sacrifice, which was as good as Ptolemy's gift, if not better?

Love the series! The way Nat/Barti realtionship is portrayed - it's brilliant. I know they always had respect for each other, but are too proud to admit.
