We did this for Barti a while back: You're the casting director of a Lockwood themed movie. Post pictures of what you think the characters should look like. You can choose any character at any age.

For example: This is what I think Lucy should look like in the sequel to the series when she wrests control of the agency from Lockwood’s grasp and becomes the next Marissa Fittes.

This is what I have so far.

Someone like Skandar Keynes (the fancast is still ongoing) for Lockwood - brown eyes, floppy/curly hair, tall enough, looks like he's 16...even though he's not but whatever

Zoe Saldana or Angela Bassett for Penelope Fittes - self explanatory

Cameron Monaghan for Quill Kipps - short, red haired, a snarky smile (always necessary for Kipps) and already a good actor.

And probably Saoirse Ronan for Flo Bones - yes, she's like 21 (doesn't look like it though). But I'm willing to let it slide with characters that aren't the big 3. Besides she's and exceptionally good actor, already Irish and can play the Flo kind of characters well.

I've kind of avoided casting Luce or George (even Lockwood) bc honestly they're so hard. I'm hoping for newbies for the movie instead of big names. ^_^ (who can hopefully ace the characters)

Somehow I imagine Nick offerman as Barnes... he's got the moustache down.

Yesss! His moustache is the bushiest moustache I have ever seen. Yeah, but if he can pull off Barnes he'd be perfect (as not comedy stuff like on Parks and Rec). Maybe he'd even draw some kind of crowd to the movie since he already has fans from his tv show. :)

What are some good child actors anyway? I feel like the full bleakness of what's going on here isn't truly realized without the squishy faces of kids to make you realize "wow they're placing all this stuff on a bunch of kids thats kinda hecked up" you know? I mean, look at how the night watch kids are treated alone, without getting into the agents.

Yes well, nobody had a problem with three eleven-year-olds fighting a mountain troll or living in a castle containing a basilisk. Looks like L&co is just as bad, if not worse. Let's hope they cast 'em as good as HP.

Mackenzie Foy?....yeah. That's her.

And yeah, I think she's really good. Like a superb actress for her age...but she may be a little too pretty for Luce? Though I guess if it all comes down to the acting she would be a very good choice.

The only people I am really set on are lockwood and holly everyone else is the best I could do..........

OMG George, Lockwood and Holly are all spot on! Lucy though, I can't agree with any fancast so far, sorry :$ and i personally think Saoirse Ronan would be really good for Flo :)
