Queen Elizabeth the Second of the United Kingdom has been Queen of 32 separate nations, though half of them subsequently became republics and got rid of her. Australia recently voted to keep her, I believe.

Well, I made another raspberry cake!

Ottawa gets pretty busy today. Not as bad as Toronto on a normal day, though. I work at Loblaws, and yesterday we had all cashes open until 21:00 it was so busy.

And yeah, it's supposed to rain here, so fireworx might be off. Oh well.

I really wish people'd stop whining. There's a recession, you're not going to always get what you want. If you're going to be ungrateful, I'd be happy to have your job... ^o)

Unions I suppose are good, just wish they wouldn't always bully to for the workers to get more than they deserve.

Nothing usually happens here for Canada Day.
