Oh, I musn't have said I wish to completely forget all the bad ones. Careless sentence. Still, just the outlines of the embarrassing ones would be enough...not all the details.

Just kidding. I know you didn't mean it that way.
Though the details can help, it can be damaging to one's image of oneself too. Yeah, the details are necessary, but to an introvert person, it can be quite a hinderance towards development.
