My spare machine is now hosting a Bartimaeus IRC channel, as well as running BOINC.

If you don't have an IRC client, the vortec IRC client is free with a easy user interface.

Connect to DALnet (irc.dal.net:7000) and type "/join #bartimaeus" to get into the channel.

Main problem: I keep getting #### unregistered stuff each time i speak, altough both the nick and chan are registered.

This was from the beginning of bloody december. I stopped it. There are never enough of us online at the same time yet.

In defence, you could have posted that somewhere

If anybody was wondering where it had gone, they'd have asked when I closed it.
Digging up threads this old is kind of pointless - if the channel was still open, I'd have this stickied.
