Oh yeah, can someone show me how to get an avatar or signature? i have been trying and cant figure out how. :hmm:
:new:
if you go to "My Controls" then there are two links on the left hand side you will need to click - signature and avatar. On these pages you can add in what you want, as long as it doesn't break any rules :P
Mr Underwood was the 'best bad' character if you know what I mean. He was just incredibly annoying andalthough I feltsorry for him gettin devoured by Jabor, he was the 'best bad' character while he lasted.
I feel sorry for Jabor. He was portrayed so negatively.

Well, he was the enemy and it was from Bart's point of view.

Honestly, I don't see how this trilogy can be made into a movie without all the 'bad characters' losing almost all their development.

I wonder what the movie will be rated.

I'm betting on a PG.

PG-13 if they stick to the book.

I think if HDM is rated PG-13, then the creators of Bartimaeus won't hesitate to follow.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire being PG-13 was a book step for the children's fantasy book movies francise.

Depends on what they do with the djinn's injuries. If they bleed it'll be higher than if they just explode in a puff of smoke or something stupid like that.

I know the night is not as it would seem,
I must believe in something,
So I'll make myself believe it,
That this night will never go.

Well, not many djinni die like that in the first book.

I mean the most deaths are from being drawn into the rift.

Like Jabor.

Poor Jabor.
He's a lot like my dog, incredibly stupid and clumsy, but you have to love her.

I liked Jabor, he was cool.

OT: God, I'm so excited for the HDM movie. I must be the only one who thinks that Nicole Kidman doesn't look as great as she should be.
Nothing to see here, move along.

I loved Jabor.

I missed him after book one, to be quite honest.

Me too. He was just so... interesting.

That's ironic as the most intresting thing he could say would be about his muscles.

But still.

He didn't say much at all. Only about the equivilant of three sentances. Or less.

I never likes mr Underwood but really he was just a grumpy old man. I went for Lovelace because what he did was bad. Someone ate my biscuit kind of bad. And that's bad.

I'm just as clued out as you
There is a sort of busy worm,
That will the fairest book deform,
Their tasteless tooth will tear and taint
The poet, patiot,sage or saint,
Nor sparing wit nor learning.
Now, if you'd know the reason why,
The best of reasons I'll supply;
'Tis bread to this poor vermin.
