Hello, uh. . . it seems like an introductory post is encouraged? I'm not entirely sure what I should write in it, but it seems like some people don't write anything at all, so perhaps just saying "hi" is enough?
I was very excited to discover that there was an entire forum dedicated to the topic of this wonderful, disgustingly underappreciated series, and even if I don't end up contributing much to the community I would like to be able to participate if and where I can. (Seriously, I don't know anyone else who has ever read these books even though I recommend them to every person I meet and this fact drives me absolutely nuts.)
If there is anything I have done wrong, please do not hesitate to scold me for my mistake and I will do my best to fix it. I have read over the forum regulations and I don't think I've violated anything, but. . . there's no such thing as too cautious?
Other than that, if there is anything else you would like to know about me, please feel free to ask, and I will gladly answer. Thank you for allowing me into such a long-sought community, and I hope we have a great time drooling over Jonathan Stroud's masterpiece together!

"Nathaniel" is a hilarious tangent! xD )
. I had one named after me, but at some point it disappeared. This is unsurprising, as it was one of the ninja smileys. Something like
