There is a new sub-forum in off-topic to advertise your own personal site, that is not to do with bartimaeus, link to those sites go in the offical links forum.

Bumping in this sub-forum is strictly forbidden, anyone who does, will be warned and possibly suspended for a certain time. However, replys such as other members opinions are allowed. Basically, no consecutive posts by the same member.

in my opinion other bartimaeus sites should not be allowed to be posted so as to not take away from this one.

Meh. Thought something like this might happen, but whatever. Not completely sure what I think of this. HP sites use advertising on other sites to their advantage - just look at Mugglenet and Leaky Cauldron. But then again, HP is a lot bigger fandom, so I don't have a complaint, really.

Oh, and off-topic, but this thread seems to need to be moved into the Advertising forum as it is not really related to Bartimaeus and we now have a forum where sites like that can be advertised. ;)
