First thing: I love the books especially Barts nasty sense of humour and the footnotes.

My first and only question: When Kitty visits the Other Place she is told by Bart to go back before her body dies. But what would happen if she dies, while she visits the Other Place? Would her soul stay their or would it get sucked out of the Other Place into the afterlife (or whatever happens after death)?

Thanks for your question. Sorry to be slow replying.

Excellent question... I think if Kitty's body died on earth, her mind (which is essentially what is visiting the OP) would die too. Once that had happened I think her soul (which is different from her body and from her mind) would probably go elsewhere, just as if she had 'wholly' died on Earth.
