As more and more demons, Ouch!, noble djinnis, get used up, shouldn't the Other Place run dry at some point?
As the Wikia for Bartimaeus says, Uraziel has unlimited strength, and yet can only summon 20,000 spirits from the other Place, suggesting that there only remain 20,000 spirits left, and this was 5000 years ago, before Prague, and all of the other wars which Bartimaeus has participated in.
(Or can they reproduce?)
