Hi!.
My nick is Kohaku, but my true name is Alicia. I'm French.
I'm a BIG fan of your "Bartimaeus Sequence". The Trilogy is fabolous, my favorite character is Bart. However I prefer the young Bart of "The Ring of Solomon". In the "Trilogy" Bart are so wonderful... But when he was "young" he's so interesting... More than when he was a old djinn, bitter and tired of all.
I love the hippo!!. Is so cute...
Well, my questions are this:
Why Bartimaeus seems to be attracted with Asmira?. With Kitty, for example, don't seems to have this chemistry.
Bartimaeus has been, some time in their long life, "in love"?. Or anything that resembles.
You know, in "Swans of Araby", for example, a "Djinn" is in love with a human women. In the world of "Bartimaeus Sequence" really exists the fact of love between a Djinn and a human?. Or is considered a "Fairy Tale" in this world?.
After all, Ammet is "in love" with his master, Khaba...
