Hmm... I would say that all factors considered, a big fallout between Jabor and Faquarl would be very unpredictable. (I usually pronouce Jabor is Juh-boor. Sounds more regal and exotic to me. :D)
If you think about how Bartimaeus defeated Jabor, he needed a factor even greater than that brawny Jabor - the great rift created by Ramuthra. If that rift or any great force were not present, I doubt Bartimaeus would've defeated Jabor (the Detonation he fired at Jabor crumbled on his shoulder).
Similarly, I think that Faquarl cannot defeat Jabor without the use of some greater force.
Additionally, when Jabor and Faquarl were facing off against the utukku, Jabor dispatched his utukku neatly and simply (nom nom), showing that he has some battle tactics. He is not just a berserking bloodlusting warrior- he knows how to fight strategically.
Faquarl, however, suffered a large wound fighting his utukku.
All in all, I think that Jabor is more powerful than Faquarl, and in a battle between the two, Jabor would probably win.
"Give me back my face!" "Look at that sunset. Like blood and melted cheese."
