Well here's what I'm thinking: Someone, or some members will be hosting and keeping the guests and the members entertained, starting at 12 noon Bartiforum time. I will go on every hour to reveal the winners but if I cannot come on 15 min. after that hour has passed, the hosts will reveal the winner.
