Navigation bar gone...?

for whatever reason, the navigation bar right under the logo is gone for me.... here's a screen shot. i don't know if this is just my problem, or if its system wide.

EDIT: Links still work, just can't see what i'm clicking on

After I typed that and clicked "Add Reply", the navigation bar went away for me too. And then, my computer got hanged and then when i came back to the forum, it was fine. Were you downloading or installing something? I was doing that when the bar disappeared.
