This is how I do this, right? Okay, awesome.  Hello, you can call me Sarah, or any variation of my screenname. I live in North Carolina, and I'm a pretty big nerd in all ways. Video games, comics, anime/manga, fantasy/science fiction novels(of course), music, you name it. I've played flute for three years and alto sax for three months in my school band. I used to write a lot of fanfiction, but there isn't much anymore. I first read Amulet and Golem's Eye when I was eight or nine or ten, but when Ptolemy's Gate came out, for some reason I couldn't find it at a bookstore so I just gave up and forgot about it until recently, and I just finished reading it for the first time about a week ago. I would totally go to see Makepeace plays, and I love run-on sentences. That's pretty much it.

Nerd cred comparison time. What did you spend your day doing? I learnt CUDA C, an extension to C designed for scientific programming that allows one to perform massively parallel calculations on an nVIDIA GPU, and the PyCUDA Python interface to CUDA. |

Since there is different kinds of nerdiness, and we're all pretty high on the dorkiness scale in whatever way shape or form, I think arguing about who is the biggest nerd is pretty pointless. I consider myself moderately nerdy in quite a few areas, but not a major nerd for much. |

OMG I used to love DBZ! It got to be a chore to watch after awhile. Seriously Goku powering up for 22 minutes. Ugh. Never read the manga. (Obviously) Oh and i'm gonna call you Smile from now on. (Sorry SP is already taken)
