The epilogue should have been a whole lot better, but JS is right; Nat's death doesn't really fit with the "they all lived happily ever after" kind of ending. More like "they lived happily ever after but not without consequences". |

I think Luciene was talking about Snape. It fits him thoroughly. That's one reason why I always felt Nat & Snape are really alike. |

My sentiments exactly. Nathaniel's death was the only way to redeem himself. If he had lived, it would have been more sad. Of course I cried at the end, but it had to be done. |
