I tried to drag my parents to it...Just to taunt the 'fans', and be able to rant and rave of how horrible it was.

So, you'd be that guy sitting in the middle yelling boo the whole movie?

I wouldn't be surprised.

I mean the trailer killed braincells.

Yes...Well, only in my dreams. I don't think I'd ever really do that.

Yes...And my brother insisted on watching it at least a zillion times on OnDemand.

Because he likes making fun of the bad acting and dialouge?

The books and movies?

Or just the movie?

And is he the reason you almost went?

I thought this movie truly sucked. Didnt live up to a fantasy film (like LOTR) and the dialogue was bad in the film just liek it was bad in the book.

So, basically, all hope I hate of it improving on the book is down the drain like I've been harping about for thirteen pages?

He doesn't read...So the commercial.

I actually wanted to go see it, just to see how bad it was.

I regret to inform you that the only dwarf in the movie is Hrothgar who is a mere inch shorter than Eragon, has a thick scottish accent and his name and title isn't mentioned at all.

I just saw it. It was forced upon us by our teacher. I think I am going to have nightmares. There is no character development! All the actors are just like empty shells, ideas made by the book. If the plot in the book was predictable the one in the movie is just plain stupid. They cut everything to make it as short as possible, which only makes things worse. It's horrible. And the music - ah! I actually wanted to throw up. It's over done and makes every scene seem either extremely corny or like the most monumental battle ever. And they left it open for a sequel! Why?!?
There is a sort of busy worm,
That will the fairest book deform,
Their tasteless tooth will tear and taint
The poet, patiot,sage or saint,
Nor sparing wit nor learning.
Now, if you'd know the reason why,
The best of reasons I'll supply;
'Tis bread to this poor vermin.

God yes!...I've only seen it once, but I might watch it again to critique it.
