Is there any songs that remind you of anything in the story? For instance I think the song "The Reason" by Hobbastank pertains a lot to Nathaniel and his thought with Kitty in Ptolemy's Gate. I also think the song "Breaking the Habit" by Lindin Park pertains to Nathaniel at lot with the "inside struggle" with himself thing. But that's just me, what song do you think would fit in any Bartimaeus Trilogy scenario? |

Ever since I've finished the third book, I am listening to Placebo's Every you Every me! It's so tragic, and it always reminds me of the whole Bartimaeus/Nathaniel storyline and especially the end of book three.
This is a great thread, I am desperately looking for new Bartimaeus Trilogy songs! |

Dang Bowles, that's a lot! I have new one now, it's called 'Fly' by Hilary Duff. Once again, it's another song that would pertain to Nat breaking out of his Mandrake shell and become the good boy he once was and blah blah blah. |

Stars by Switchfoot kind of reminds me somehow; it's more telling about my life than Nathaniel's, and how I looked upon those who were thought to be greats at an old forum and thought them to be a lot less grand than the gods they were made out to be. It can go to how Nathaniel begins to see how people thought to be powerful and heroes are nothing but normal, flawed people. |

| I loved the Bartimaeus books but, like all trilogies, it was way too short. | |
