Hmm. Digital-animated djinn? Yes, that could be groovy. I especially want to see (SPOILER):
The digitally animated Bartimaeus-as-a-slime-pyramid, from Chapter 24 in book 3! *cheers*

As long as Bartimaeus doesn't lose his sarcastic lines, I suppose a movie wouldn't hurt. :P

Quick five-minute 3D art. I'd edit the slime slightly, but it took ages to render.

Are you guys actually talking about Harry Potter? As in, the movie that made millions and millions, despite what people thought about Radcliffe's acting? I'd sure hate to have a movie make millions.

Anyway, Disney would slaughter the movie...it'd probably be entirely animated, kinda defeating the whole acting thing. Still, they need voices, but it's not exactly hard to find someone right away who can talk.

The three ships. Kinda like the Mayflower and all those.

WHAT!? No Bartimaeus... i feel so neglected...
Well; Chronicles of Narnia was a total hit; So was A series of unfortanet events
His dark matiriels won't see the light of day for some time; they'll have to negotiant it's atheist character (Armored polar was a shock; but it's a good book; on par or maybe better than Bartimaeus.)
Ah, well, anyone know a release date?

PS Good effort, sentynel. :cookie:

Nah, maybe I wouldn't like a movie...It would ruin my whole little metal picture of Bartimaeus and Nathaniel, etc....Although once it's out, I'm still going to see it. :P

I wouldn't watch it if it has members from the Harry Potter cast acting in it, like Dan Radcliff as Nat or Emma Watson as Kitty. I can't imagine Dan Radcliff as anyone other than Harry. Besides, Nat's personality is so different compared to Harry... though not that much in Amulet.

Nah, they won't be able to afford the Harry Potter cast.

they should use unknown actors!

but they would have to be reoccuring in each film.

As a side note, Disney have just purchased Pixar.
